This is a custom one-off heady made by Dale Strand, aka Leviathan Glass.  This sherlock blown on cobalt tubing with gold fuming has so many features!

 - First. It has Dale's custom gold tooth made with real 24 karat gold.

 - Second.  It has the signature Leviathan Glass glow-in-the-dark third eye.

 - Third.  The life-like tongue is welded at the tip for security.

 - Fifth!  Most important!  Dale placed a square opal sheet on the end of the tongue.  A functional glass artistic representation of an acid sheet on his custom creature.
